Rút kinh nghiệm phỏng vấn Amazon

Có rất nhiều kinh nghiệm có thể rút ra được nhưng kinh nghiệm đầu tiên là uốn lưỡi trước khi nói.

1. Trước khi nói gì, mình cần suy nghĩ đó có phải là điều họ muốn nghe hay không, nếu không, nghĩa là mình tự hại mình rồi.

Nói những câu ngu ngốc, có thể làm mếch lòng nè. Cắt lời người khác nè. Thô lỗ , kiêu căng, hay khoe khoang không cần thiết nè...

2. Cần học sách kỹ càng hơn, hầu hết các câu hỏi đều có trong sách.

3. Luyện coding nhiều hơn - có ideas nhưng coding càng quan trọng.

4. Phải tạo tự tin - không đủ tự tin thì cũng phải giả vờ tự tin cho đến khi tự tin thật - không đủ tự tin là nhược điểm lớn không thể tồn tại được ở những công ty lớn.

5. Grit and determination - no one will have success easily, if I am not prepared to work my ass off to improve everyday, I do not deserve any success.

If I am not giving study the highest priority, and if my desire to succeed is not burning everyday, I would not be able to achieve any success.

Success is mostly based on determination and passion. Only a person who is passionate and think about improving all the time, and determined to learn all day with all his mind and heart, and disciplined enough to put in the time needed to achieve success ... not a person who gives up easily, not a person who chooses easy, unimportant things to do over important tasks, not a person who find himself an excuse to slack off ... No, success is the fruit of the time and the effort invested in the work, no long-term success can be achieved by luck. Because this world is competitive, success doesn't mean we have good grades, but it means beating competitions - if other people are investing more time, more effort then they will overcome us, and we will lose - having good grades in a weak school is fake success, until we go out to the industry and see that we are nothing ...

So, put a lot of hours in, put a lot of mind in, and a lot of heart, always have the goal in front of me, don't slack off, don't take the eyes off the goal - a person who doesn't live for a great goal is wasting his time, his heart and ultimately his life.
